yards away from Lido Beach. All it takes is a walk right across the
street and you are there, standing in the famous white sands of the
one and only Lido Beach.
This is a great vacation spot for any family, with plenty of
activities for everyone.
Whether you want to stay at the house for the day or go adventure
through the amazing area of Lido Key that is left up to you! You can
stay at the house and enjoy a relaxing day by the pool, laying in a
cushioned lawn chair and listening to your favorite tunes. You could
go venture over to Lido Beach for the day and enjoy spending time on
the powdery white sands of Lido, enjoying the refreshing
Gulf of Mexico. If you would like to rent a boat for a week there is also the
option of leaving it parked at the private dock, giving you the
opportunity
to enjoy a day on the deep blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. At night you can
turn the pool into a hot tub, or spend the evening out by the gas fire pit
roasting marshmallows. If you would like to go to St. Armands Circle you can
enjoy five star restaurants, shopping or the night life at the Circle which is
only a 200 yard walk!
Once you experience the St. Armand’s/Lido Beach area you will not want
to stay anywhere else.
Between visiting the famous white sands of the beach, to enjoying
world renowned shopping and dining, to viewing the breath taking
sunsets, you will never want to leave!

This spacious, newly remodeled house has every amenity you could want
and sleeps 8 people. This entire property was tastefully remodeled in
2007 and no expense was spared. The remodel included landscaping,
flooring, appliances, equipment, fixtures, new furniture and modern
furnishings. The house includes 2 bedrooms, a den with a convertible
bed, and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat
panel TV screen with digital HD cable. The second bedroom has 2 queen
beds and the den can be easily converted to another bedroom. All
linens are provided. The full kitchen has completely updated
appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, ice machine and
microwave), tile flooring, dining area with table that seats 8, and
cooking utensils provided. The living room includes a gas fireplace
and 50†flat panel TV with digital HD cable and surround sound. Also
there is a convenient two car garage attached to the house and an
alarm system.
The private home is located on a canal that is 200 feet wide and opens
to the ocean. A dock is included in the back yard with a 13,000 pound
boat lift so you can keep your boat close by during your vacation.
There is a bridge at the end of the canal that allows for a 9 foot
boat to fit under it. Outside also includes a private pool, lawn
chairs with cushions and umbrellas, an outdoor shower to rinse off, a
gas/electric BBQ grill, an outdoor stereo system, and an outdoor fire
pit.
Walk out of the front door and you are nearly 100 feet from the world
famous white sands of Lido Beach. Or go on a quick walk just 200 yards
and you are at St. Armand’s Circle.
